This section describes how Meydenbauer Partners collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our text-messaging (SMS) program. It supplements the sections above; where a conflict specific to SMS exists, this section controls.
When you opt in to receive SMS from Meydenbauer Partners, we collect your mobile phone number, the name and account associated with the number, records of your consent (date, time, source, and language of opt-in), and message content and delivery metadata (send time, delivery status, carrier, and STOP/HELP responses).
SMS from Meydenbauer Partners is strictly transactional and relates to active client and account servicing. We use SMS data to send project status updates, scheduling confirmations, delivery notifications, billing and invoicing notices, and to respond to inbound questions from clients and authorized contacts. We do not use SMS to send marketing, promotional, or advertising content, and we do not use SMS-collected data for recruiting outreach, prospect solicitation, or unrelated commercial purposes.
You will only receive text messages from Meydenbauer Partners after you have provided express written consent — for example, through a client onboarding form, a signed engagement or statement of work, or a verified written request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive additional texts unless you re-enroll. For assistance, reply HELP or email admin@mbc-partners.com.
Message frequency varies based on your active engagements with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Meydenbauer Partners is not responsible for carrier delivery delays or messaging charges. Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major and minor carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional use. We share limited SMS information only with (a) service providers that operate our messaging infrastructure (such as Intuit Mailchimp and its underlying messaging aggregators), solely to deliver messages you have consented to receive, and (b) legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process. All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to deliver the SMS program.
We retain SMS consent records, phone numbers, and message logs for as long as you remain opted in, plus a minimum of four (4) years after opt-out or account closure, in order to demonstrate compliance with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier requirements. After the retention period, records are securely deleted or de-identified.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, a resident of the United States, and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
For questions about our SMS program, or to exercise any right described in this policy with respect to SMS data, contact admin@mbc-partners.com.
